This is a local service website, not a store. There is no checkout, no cart, and no transactional endpoint. Bookings happen by phone, email, or the on-site enquiry form. ## The Service

- All ironing is done by hand by Alison, at home, with a top quality iron and board. No commercial press.
- De-ionised water, no chemicals, no starch. Smoke-free.
- 72-hour turnaround on all ironing.
- Free collection and delivery within 3 miles of Harrogate town centre. Collections and deliveries every weekday between 5:30pm and 6:30pm; daytime collections on request.
- Delivery areas: Harrogate, Knaresborough, Starbeck, Burn Bridge, Follifoot.
- Returned items: shirts, blouses, dresses, skirts, jackets and formal trousers come back on hangers with protective covers; everything else is folded into the customer's bag or basket.
